Our initial introductory consultation is complimentary for patients of all ages! We are always excited to meet new patients and consider their first visit a very special one. You will be greeted by our team member before being escorted to our consultation room. Please feel free to request a tour of the office if you would like to see our team in action.
New patient forms are available. Please print and fill out prior to your consultation, or you can fill these out in-office. Up to you!
WHAT TO EXPECT
Your initial consultation appointment will consist of a thorough examination, photos and x-rays. This important visit will give us insight into your orthodontic needs, we should be able to answer the following questions:
What’s the condition of my bite?
What kind of orthodontic treatment is need, if any?
How long will the treatment take?
What is the estimated orthodontic treatment fee?
What is my expected insurance benefit?
What are my payment options?
Moving Forward
We know your time is valuable. If treatment is indicated, we can obtain some or all of the diagnostic records at your initial consultation. These records help Dr. Robert determine your specific treatment plan and usually consist of study models, photos and x-rays.
Dr. Robert will create a custom treatment plan for you, discuss all treatment options and answer all of your questions about what to expect. After the consultation, we will set up your next appointment if you will indeed be joining us.
