FINANCIAL INFORMATION

Our goal is to offer orthodontic treatment that is affordable without sacrificing quality!

The cost of orthodontic treatment varies depending on individual needs and your specific treatment. After the complimentary consultation with our doctor, we can provide you with the information on the cost for your treatment.

For your convenience, we offer in-house, monthly, interest free installment plans to make paying for braces and clear aligners easy and obtainable. We offer flexible down payment options. We work with you to structure your down payment amount and monthly terms so they fit your budget. We also provide assistance with maximizing your Health Savings and Flexible Spending Accounts. Fee reductions are available for patients who pay in full and for families with multiple members in treatment. We also offer discounts to all active military service families, fire fighters, police officers and teachers in the community. We have always believed in being generous and will do our absolute best to make the orthodontic treatment affordable for every person that comes to our office.

We accept most dental insurances. We are in-network with Delta Dental Premiere and PPO.

DENTAL INSURANCES

We accept most dental insurances! If your insurance covers orthodontic treatment, you will receive the benefit of reduced personal costs. Many insurance policies have a lifetime orthodontic benefit that is distinct from regular dental insurance plan. Remember that insurance policies vary.

Our job is to help you maximize your insurance benefits. We take the hassle out of dealing with your insurance company. Our trained insurance specialist handles all the paperwork and interfaces with the insurance company, so you don’t have to. We work with major insurance carriers and we verify your benefits, file all claims, and address any issues that come up. If you have dual insurance coverage, we’ll work with both companies to coordinate your coverage and make sure you get as much covered as possible.

Please remember that orthodontic insurance is a benefit for you or your child. If, during the course of treatment, your benefits change, the financially responsible party is accountable for all charges.
